Once you decide to undergo CyberKnife treatments, you will undergo imaging tests to determine the location and size of the tumor. Data from MRIs, CT scans and PET scans will be used by our team of board certified physicians and our highly skilled physics team to prepare a treatment plan that will most effectively destroy the tumor, while leveraging the CyberKnife’s sub-millimeter accuracy to spare the healthy surrounding nerves, tissues and critical structures.

Before you undergo brain cancer radiation treatment with the CyberKnife system, our technicians also will create a soft mesh mask that’s customized to your unique facial structure. The mask will help you keep your head still during your radiation treatment for brain cancer. It is non-invasive and comfortable to wear.
