The CyberKnife System leverages robotic technology to deliver the most advanced form of radiation therapy for prostate cancer directly to the tumors. Unlike conventional radiation therapy systems, which deliver radiation to both healthy and cancerous tissues, the CyberKnife System protects healthy tissue from radiation damage by delivering a high dose of targeted radiation to the tumor.

CyberKnife treatments typically are completed in three to five sessions over the course of no more than five days, compared to conventional radiation for prostate cancer, which can take up to 47 sessions. Side effects of CyberKnife treatments are minimal and success rates are high.
